Ruth Berry

Ruth Berry is the head of technology policy for government affairs at NVIDIA. Previously, Ruth spent more than a decade at the U.S. Department of State, serving most recently as an acting deputy assistance secretary in the Bureau of Cyberspace and Digital Policy. In 2021-2022, she served as the director for digital technology policy and international economics at the National Security Council. Ruth holds an MA from the University of Chicago and a BA from Lewis and Clark College in Portland, Ore.
